What started as a bonfire at this property near Preston ended up setting fences alight in as many as 20 gardens.
Bonfires should be avoided where possible but if you do have one it should be in a safe location with a hose nearby and never left unattended.
You should never overload it or have it close to properties, fencing or trees.
Fortunately no one was seriously hurt.
