No Government money going towards this student block in Bolton following the devastating fire last year.
The same will apply to all student accommodation buildings. This is where the problems will start. Money being pumped into society left right and centre following the Coronavirus outbreak but that has to run out at some point...
This is just the tip of the iceberg for buildings requiring monies for cladding improvement, Compartmentation improvements or other fire safety deficiencies.
Bills being passed to leaseholders and residents who can’t afford it. The mind boggles as to the solutions here.
