London Fire Brigade (LFB) are advising Housing Providers to be ready for the introduction of the New Fire Safety Bill when it becomes law after the current parliamentary process.
They must be prepared and ready to pay particular attention to fire doors and the external walls of buildings within their fire risk assessments. It’s always best to be prepared and ahead of the game.
