The stress the residents of Thamesmead’s Royal Artillery Quays in South East London face is extreme. They are potentially facing huge bills to pay for the removal of the dangerous cladding having already spent a small fortune on a waking watch. This building has been issued with a Section 20 notice and the residents are potentially facing bankruptcy.
I hope, for their sake, this can all be completed as soon as possible for their mental health as much as anything.
