We provide fire training packages specifically designed for you and your company. This ranges from fire induction packages to fire warden training including training selected members of staff how to use fire extinguishers.
The specific requirement for your fire training will be determined by the findings of our fire risk assessment. This takes into account how many people you have working at your premises and the size, type and use of your property. We can carry out the training at your place of work to make it convenient for you and all delegates will be issued with a free fire training certificate.
Where appropriate, our fire warden training includes ensuring selective members of staff are trained on how to safely evacuate disabled persons from your premises by producing a ‘Personal Emergency Egress Plan’ and or by providing practical guidance on how to safely assist disabled persons from your premises.

Fact: The ancient Borough of Plymouth first had a fire engine in 1765 but it was only used to fight fires within the parishes of Plympton St Maurice and Plympton St Mary. It was horse-drawn and manned by 12 firemen under a Captain.
